The door is opened with a key using the lower lock. If you are checking in yourself, you must remove the key from the safe located on the front door of the apartment. To do this, pull the shutter down, enter the code sent to you and pull the lever down.

We carefully prepare and check the apartments before checking the guests, however, to make sure that everything is perfect and the equipment corresponds to your needs, please inspect the apartment for the integrity of furniture, the lack of visible defects, please check whether the mixers are working properly, whether there are hot water , whether the air conditioner, TV and other equipment are working. As a compliment, we put a tablet for a dishwasher and a tablet for a washing machine so that you do not have to worry about trifles on the day of arrival, and, of course, water, packaged tea and soluble coffee.
If you find any defect, breakdown or inconsistency with the list of equipment of the apartment, please immediately inform us of this so that we can quickly eliminate the shortcomings. Also, if in the process of residence something was either damaged or lost, please tell us about this so that we can correct it as quickly as possible for you and take care of the comfortable settlement of future guests in advance.

Gas boilers used for heating water and heating are located on the balconies of each apartment in the building. Please do not spend time on the balcony during the operation of the gas boiler, for example, while hot water is turned on. Leave the balcony immediately if you smell gas or carbon monoxide.
In order to avoid damage, please close the balcony door every time you leave the apartment. For a tight and unhindered closure of the balcony door, please press both sides of the door to the frame.
Please do not use the usual dishwashing tool in the dishwasher. This can lead to pouring and breakdown of the household appliance. Please use special tablets for dishwashers.
Please do not put the capsules for washing in the powder compartment. This can lead to pouring and breakdown of the household appliance. Capsules should be put directly in the drum.
